YES, I THINK I AGREE WITH THAT !

I found this on a street in Kirkwall, and I think that those statements are basically true.

However it does make you wonder, and leaves so many unanswered questions.

Is it to help young children learn their reading skills ?

Is it a shop for little people or limbo dancers ?

Is it a Health and Safety Initiative to help drunken revellers make their ways home in the correct upright position ?
