In every months competition, we have a Set Subject. This months subject was Sport, not something I normally shoot. I took the opportunity while up in Scotland recently to try my hand at some slightly different sports.
This is a re-edit of an image I have posted on here before. I was very pleased and surprised that it managed to reach Third place in the Set Subject. Particularly as we have several excellent photographers in the club who seem to concentrate on sport images.
Wonderful shot - like the tightening of the crop and the sharpening on that back guy's features. You (the viewer) are right there with them. Colors wonderful. Fav
