Now I knew I can get my photos from camera to here, I went out into the garden to see what was going to turn up. A beautiful sunny but frosty day, just as I was losing all feeling in my fingers, ( gloves upstairs) and I thought it was going to be Blue and Coal Tits again, a lovely little, noisy flock of Long Tailed Tits turned up.
Voila !
While was photographing these, a male Sparrowhawk shot through the feeding area at high speed making a wonderful swooshing noise as he passed about 2 feet away from me. He never caught anything and vanished over the hedge.
