Four of the five Canada goslings this pair of Canada Geese have hatched. They have come away from the nest for a good look around. Maybe this is the first time the gosling at the front has dipped his beak into water.
Watching these later, as they went swimming I had the thought that bright yellow might not be the best colour to be as such a small little thing. However back on land, they blend in surprisingly well.
