CANAL TUG

Although I have called this a Tug, I think its more of a Push ! I think it moves the very large barge just out of shot, by pushing it rather than towing it. They were emptying the barge which was full of mud from dredgings further upstream.

Neat colors for your shot. The tugs I've seen here are always much taller. Interesting the difference.
