@milaniet Thank you, Milanie, I went back looking for Kingfishers but their favourite perch has been knocked down. Best guess is Canada geese fighting. That just gives me more time to watch what else is going on. Apart from this guys antics, Tufted Duck with nine ducklings, Great Crested Grebes,with two young. I have been going through today's shots and I have some amazing ( IMHO) shots of juvenile and adult Little Grebes. The chicks will sit feet away, at first adults very skittish, but given time, they just get into the business of catching fish to feed babies. They get so close I can identify which fish they are catching.
