A PARLIAMENT OF PUFFINS - VERSION TWO

I posted the original version of this yesterday, with the Speaker of the House , calling for Order out on the end.
Lee @gamelee commented that he might have cropped it a bit tighter, so here it is as a tighter crop.
I think he was probably right.
