this is enjoyable. I am wondering how many repetitions it required - I can see at least 5 repeating segments. Either you have found a clever app, or you know your photoshop very well!
@helenhall Thank you Helen! Always happy to explain how I did it! The blue background was an image repeated x 4 and flipped vertically, horizontally and maybe rotated. I inverted the colour from the orange one (original) and then I placed three copies of the original photograph on top. Finally I distorted the last image and then lifted the colours to make a stroke border in two colours. All done in Photoshop. The original image was taken with my iPhone, of a tiny patterned piece of paper that caught my eye!
