Photography Class: Aperture/DOF Bee at f10
Here I could see the difference about the DOF from the f5.6. This lesson really helped me understand these two concepts.

Thank you for the feedback! Yes, I tend to stick to the lower apertures, but now I understand the importance of using a higher one!
