There are about 4200 sirens placed all across The Netherlands. The air-raid sirens are being tested once a month, every first Monday at noon. This way the public is kept aware of the system. Probably nobody knows what to do if it keeps quiet on Monday. What we all do know is the right moment for a real attack. Let's pray our so-called enemies are not that clever.
