The boys went to the Dutch Photo Musuem for a workshop.We took time off for coffee and cake. Then we strolled around the Wilhelminapier to enjoy the October sun.
This is Hotel New York, once the headquarters of the Holland America line and a stately eye catcher. Nowadays a dwarf, surrounded by a few tall buildings. Still a landmark though.
The tower on the left is the World Port Center by Sir Norman Foster, designer of the new campus in Cupertino called Apple City.
