It’s actually a remembrance of an allied bombing on the part of the city The Hague in 1945, a few weeks before the end of the war. Many lost their lives or got wounded. More than 30000 people lost their home because a small error in coordinates. Sorry, no photo of the work itself. It wasn’t very interesting compared to the bike.

Sad. But there was a German V2 base there, I think. My father-in-law was part of the Allied army that liberated The Netherlands from the Nazis. He would have been there in 1945, probably near Utrecht.

@ivan Yep, that base was the target but the 55 allied bomber got the wrong coordinates.
