"Swim area" without water

Very low tide! Since it's winter here we don't have swimmers anyway, but it sure would be hard to swim here at the moment.

@pdulis No, just a very low tide after our full moon and big storm along the coast. I think our precipitation has been fairly normal.

@radiogirl @julzmaioro We just had a big coastal storm. I suspect these buoys were dragged onto the beach with the storm winds and high tides.
