@sticksandstones I actually forgot to bring my SLR that day so just had my P+S camera. It does have full manual so I could still get the control I wanted. With the zoom level and a little cropping this is equal to about 135mm on a 35mm camera. I think I was about 20 ft away, so not that close. I did get splattered a few times, but kept the camera safe.
