One of my favourite vegetables to eat raw. Don't they look great?

@weegordie I saw an article recently which people were debating whether ot not the green, yellow and red peppers were different levels or ripeness or different plants. I have not grown them so have no idea. So does that mean the orange are between the yellow and red?

@mcrt Ii have seen red, orange and green packaged together and labelled " Traffic Lights". BTW we call them capsicums in Australia.
