@jocasta gave me the get pushed challenge to choose a color and take photographs featuring that color during the week. I chose red. Lately it seems to be after dark before I get around to thinking about take photos. So you'll be seeing some dark grainy shots, I fear. Here's one. On the side street at the end of our block -- I was heading back out to the Old Home Place, after doing some work at the house. Noticed the stop sign -- Ah! Red! Put the brights on briefly to take two or three shots of it.
I just googled red and it seems to have numerous meanings. It said that it's the color of energy, passion and action. It is also the color of anger. It certainly makes us stop and look. Well chosen.
