Emmy @dixon gave me the get pushed challenge to photograph something that is important to me as though it were a sacred relic. This is the key to our house that is right now under renovation. I wanted to find something with a glass front that looked like a reliquary, but I didn't have time. Most of my interesting stuff is boxed up. This candle holder is too big for the boxes I was using so it was still lying out. It looks somewhat shrine-like, but not much like a sacred relic. But this will have to do. It's Sunday and I don't want to be two weeks behind with get pushed.
Oh great job, it does look like a shrine and I love the use of candle light. Nice job with the composition too.
I am still working on my wonderful challenge I just have been so busy! It might be a little late but is coming.
