B&W landscape - KSU

Posting on the 30th of December, even though I took the photo this evening (Jan 2) in an attempt to fill blank spaces. This is in response to the get pushed challenge given me by Ian Watts @iwatts to try B&W landscape. This is on the KSU campus facing across from the building I work in. I didn't think I could roam too far afield at present -- partly because I figured I'd not find the time and get further behind, but also the fact that my knees are giving me trouble again, and I didn't want to walk further than I had to today -- plus it's very cold Brrrrr!
@iwatts Ian, here is an attempt for the challenge you gave me. I wish I had the time and the knee-power to go out and find some really interesting landscape. Back last summer I got some good shots out at Pillsbury Crossing in the Deep Creek area SE of town where my husband grew up. When it's warmer, I'll have to explore further afield. Thanks for the challenge.

@mcsiegle I prefer this one - could still push the whites up a bit more but I love the composition of this one.

@iwatts Thanks, Ian. I also prefer this one -- I like the curve of the streets at that intersection. I must experiment more with contrast and white balance.
