The band's name is Panorpodidae. The wikipedia article defines it as a small family of scorpionflies. I won't bore you with the two genera that come under that. I imagine them to be the kind of hard-rocking band that would name themselves that. :-)
The album name is "You don't bet, You can't win." The quotes site had, "Of course the game is rigged. Don't let that stop you--if you don't play, you can't win." It's a quote from Robert Heinlein's Time Enough for Love. However it's a slight misquote. The actual quote is "Certainly the game is rigged. Don't let that stop you; if you don't bet you can't win." I debated whether to go with the words as I got them in the random quote, or as Heinlein wrote them. I went with Heinlein.

I took a bunch of shots of it against the black cloth. A good number of them were well focused and detailed, but this "bad" out-of-focus one seemed to work better for the album. Go figure!
