Back at the Festival of Lights. I took Frank and Mom to see the lights. This time it was earlier in the evening than the previous time I visited, when I was mostly all alone. It was fun to see kids reacting to the lights. This man and little boy were jumping and trying to stomp on the green lights as they flashed and moved around.
