It was a cockamamie idea, but the apatosaurus volunteered right away to do the stunt. And since the rest of the dinosaurs weren't risking THEIR life and limb, they were all solidly for trying it.
You've heard the phrase "as light as a feather?" Well, the point of this dumb exercise was to prove that, despite popular opinion to the contrary, sometimes a dinosaur is even lighter than a feather. They dreamed this up to fit the 365 Toys theme this week of "Opposites."
(Why did I let them start playing with the 365 Toys?!? I wouldn't have agreed to help them, but my get pushed challenge was "defying gravity.")
The dinosaurs were hoping for more fancy circus-style rigging, but they KNEW I was getting ready to drive up to Wisconsin on Sunday for a week's vacation hanging out with my friends. The coat hanger was the best I could do.
Hi Mary! Sorry not to have gotten your challenge to you before you left. That said, if you see it, my challenge for you is to shoot a travel guide-style shot. Highlight something interesting or unusual that you find on your trip this week. Enjoy! (Stay warm, the cold air is coming here!)
