Please forgive the upload of so many pictures at the same time. I'm trying to catch up with posting photos I've taken. Filling a bunch of blank spaces in May. This was taken out at the tubes at Tuttle Creek Dam. I went with my brother and niece to see the water rushing out as they had opened one of them wide because of heavy rains that had caused some flooding and raised the water level in the reservoir. Some people were fishing on the other side, which hadn't been opened wide. It was just flowing at its normal rate.
