We've been having a problem with tiny little ants. The cinnamon I've sprinkled around many surfaces has helped, but not completely deterred them. I was going to put the cookie jar completely up out of their reach, but the Allosaurus volunteered to guard the cookies. Neanderthal Man decided to help. I have to say that the sight of them seems to be a pretty good deterrent. The ants are still searching for goodies around the sink, but I haven't seen one venturing near the cookie jar lately.
Since the 365 Toys have the theme of "Cake or Cookies" this week, the dinosaurs immediately wanted to bake cookies, but I reminded them that:
a. we had just posted a baking shot (or hoping to bake shot) last week.
b. we had, indeed, made the strawberry shortcake they had begged for last week after I had bought the strawberries last weekend.
I told them we could make cookies later, but right how I wanted a shot of the Allosaurus and Neanderthal Man standing guard. They obliged me by smiling for the camera.
