The guy who won the Male Horror category in the costume contest was up on stilts underneath the extra long pant legs and had similarly looong arms. What you can't see from here is that he had blade-like black (wings?) that he could raise up from his back and occasionally did demonstrate them. If someone knows whether this is a definable character from a movie, let me know. He looked awesome.
