Most recently was an office supply store. The "Spot Cash" dates from an earlier era. I remember it as a clothing store. Still had the pneumatic tube system (like bank drive through) where the money and was sent upstairs to a mezzanine level where the bookkeeper was and change sent back down. Empty now. I hope they get a good tenant.
So sad to see these old buildings empty. They had some wonderful touches. Looks like perhaps a littl marble looking rock at the bottom of the glass upper right.
