@joysabin @ribbet9 @grammyn @randystreat Thanks. It burned in March. The Dusty Bookshelf, used bookstore, has been the occupant since the early 90's and was closed for renovation when it happened. Floor stain that had been applied in the upstairs bathroom by the construction company in charge of the renovations spontaneously combusted. The outside walls were all that remained, but they were found to be structurally sound and so, as you can see here, it is being rebuilt. The building was built around the turn of the 20th century by a student cooperative association to counter the high prices and long, sometimes muddy, walk downtown for books and supplies. Before that building went up and provided an anchor for what became the "Aggieville" retail and restaurant/bar district,it had been primarily faculty housing.

This article gives more about the history, the Dusty Bookshelf, and the fire.
