You know, in all those 3000 or so LPs we have, there is not one album by the O’Jays! The dinosaurs and I had hoped to put one on the turntable and have a dance party for the World Wide Minute at 5:47. We were only momentarily disappointed. It occurred to me that YouTube on the iPad was actually more visually interesting. The dinosaurs and Neanderthal Men were able to pretend they were right there with the people dancing on the screen. I can’t remember which one of them came up with the idea to form a literal dancing “Love Train.” They looked like a conga line. We started the video just before 5:47 and they were all so into the dance zone the Allosauraus jumped up on the keyboard. I was afraid he would hit some key and it would take me more than the allotted minute to get back to “Love Train” but I needn’t have worried. It all came off as planned. Whew!
So, Yay! I didn’t miss WWM this year like I did last year. And the dinos had fun and got in some exercise as a bonus. I wanted to dance with them but couldn’t do that and get a steady picture at the same time.
