Yes, I burned the peas. They were not edible but I thought I could salvage a photo or two out of them. I threw them out right after taking pictures of them. So, yeah, I could see them in my garbage can. The pan (with pea-shaped pattern burned onto it) did NOT go in the garbage. I'm scrubbing it.
