Seen through my car window. I went outside (at my friends' house) to take a walk back toward the tree line and decided I wanted the extra layer of the knit cap in my pocket, so I climbed into my car to put it on, because it was cold and windy and snowing still. I liked the framing provided by the snow buildup on the side window.
Should have processed this in black and white as I am planning on doing the B&W "flash-o-red" again this year. I guess I'll ease into February. In the meantime, this and the other shot I'm posting are going into my alternates album. (Or maybe I should just make the alternates album the B&W month...stay tuned, in case I change my mind and move photos around.)
