Sticking this in my Alternates album because it's not at all a good photo, but I thought it was kind of cool the way the light hit the crow's eye and produced this effect in the close-up (which I've further cropped) I hope you can see what I mean.
@farmreporter ha ha... no I don't stand a chance getting close. This was taken from inside a window looking across my small front yard at one of the crows on my fence -- zoomed in and then also cropped. The photo itself is garbage. I just liked what I saw in the eye in this and a couple of other shots.
