Get Pushed panning

Ok, I really need help with this one! My get pushed Challenger @ ounooi gave me a challenge of Panning! I love the challenge, but, I am having an issue with getting the focus on the moving object, so you can tell what it is! Thanks in advance for the help!

I don't really know how to do it, but I think there may have been a tutorial on YouTube that some have used and there may even have been a discussion here on 365. It just takes a little poking around to find them. Still, I think you gave it a good try here!
