A day of mostly rain led me to experiment with macro again! Shells collected from many different beaches took me back to more summery June days!

@littlegull @radiogirl They are very colourful - I try to keep their colour by painting them with baby oil!

@megpicatilly love the tip - I'm going to try that! Shells always look beautiful on the beach but they dry out once I get them home and I've never managed to get that sparkle back!

@littlegull Also try clear nail varnish! The blues are quite difficult to keep!
