Lit Window
Walking away from the church, I turned to see the colourful stained glass window shining through the plain glass. Such beauty.

Beautiful and so effective in this shot Catherine, I dont think it is easy to get a good stained glass window shot

That is such a perfectly balanced shot with the 2 windows. The moss covered old gravestone in front just sets it off as well

I really like the texture you've given the stone of the church Catherine. It contrasts well with the streaks of colour from the stained glass.

Beautiful composition, so many points of interest, and love how you can look through one window to see the stained glass of another.

The colour coming from within contrasts wonderfully with the near greyscale of the exterior.

Whilst I like this, I would have persuaded myself to crop out the forefront gravestones. IMHO, More drama, less distraction.

Thank you Catherine. I nearly made the outside mono, but wanted to portray the cold frost.

I have just put my hand over those gravestones to cover them, and you are right! It would take a bit of cloning, but will give it a go. Thank you for your very useful comment.
