Another Place

Antony Gormley's sculpture 'Another Place' can be seen three hours before low tide and completely disappears at high tide. We got there just in time to see him before the quickening tide covered him. It is quite mesmerising to see this lone figure in the water staring out to sea.

I thought the same as Mave @mave If you saw him from a distance and didn't know anything about the artwork, you could think that it was a real person in the water. Quite unnerving.

This is quite a mysterious photo. I like the way you have captured the surface of the water and the wind turbines in the distance. Took me a few minutes to realise what they were so I imagine the statue is doing the same!
