it's dark but not too dark in my opinion. You could try Holga effect in picnik for this pic, it ups the contrast. B&W could fit well too, sincethere are no bright colors anyway.

I think I tried Holga, and that made it too dark in my opinion, so I settled for the vignette. I don't remember if I tried black and white though.

This is the same type of bird as the other one, so I suppose they are just very cooperative. Or maybe it's the same bird. Who knows.
