My Week 9 ( I think it's week 9) "Get Pushed" challenge came from @myhrhelper . Her challenge was "You have beautiful animals, flowers and outdoor photos.
I would like you to take a portrait of someone (yourself or someone else it doesn't matter). I just want to see people instead of animals this time. Your nature shots are beautiful by the way.
OR if you must go to this alternative:
2) 2nd option if needed, I would like to see some food that looks yummy. It can be a desert, snack, fruit, cooked meal what ever you want."
I decided to do a bit of a twist on combining the two challenges.
Editing consisted of Picmonkey's black and white and then selective color.
Oh you are clever aren't you?? Yes it is a person - interesting for a portrait, and it is food - not sure about yummy looking (I think it being on a foot sort of takes the yummy part away a little) LOL.
You get extra points for combining the two!
Hi Melissa.
We're "get pushed" partners for this week. I like your previous responses to man made and hard angle challenges, so I thought I'd extend that direction.
Your challenge this week is to take a photo of a vehichle in motion. It can be a car, a bicycle, a plane, a boat, anything man made, but make it mechanical (so, canoes are out).
Try to convey the motion in the shot, either by dropping the background out of focus, blurring the wheels (or whatever), or panning... anyway that expresses the movement.
Technically, it's still a photo of a person. :)
Yes.

Ah, I forgot about the yummy factor. Sorry. :(
Thanks Donna!
This is another shot I took today but I posted it in December.
Thank You both!
