Who Watches Cartoons?

Every time I see one of these White Breasted Nuthatches, I get an image in my head of a cartoon villain that looked very similar in shape. Any ideas?

Thanks! I think I might be thinking of the penguins from the Madagascar movies. For some reason, my brain wants to say Shark Tale, but that makes no sense. lol
