Easter Babies!
Found this little bird nest near a fence in my yard. I think these are Mourning Dove eggs, but am not positive. Editing consisted of a crop in Ribbet.

okay this makes me want to go out in my backyard which is mainly shrubs, stumps and the like under a canopy of huge old trees and hunt for nests!

You totally should! Wait until afternoon though, they don't like having someone near their nests during morning or evening/nights.
