Less Grainy

I lowered the ISO from 3200 on yesterday's shot to 800. I think it's less grainy, but the focus isn't as good. Thoughts?
Editing consisted of a small crop in Photoscape.

Manual mode. 55-200 Lens.

I think the focus is OK, you can see the catch light on the bird's eye. If anything, I think the shutter speed is too slow which is why you can't see one of the wings. Apart from that I think this is an excellent shot.
