@seacreature Thanks. This is a little part of the Lower Common in my town. There's a playground for the kids just off to the right. In summer they rent kayaks next to the playground. Beyond that is a huge expanse of grass and specimen trees and a bandstand from the 1800's where there are summer concerts. A street separates it from the Upper Common where all the war memorials are, more grass and benches and specimen trees. It's an unusually large common compared to most towns in the area. Big enough for some cows but now there are only Canada geese.
