@beckyk365 Yes, pics or it didn't happen. :) It's two tomatoes, two jalapeños, some garlic cloves, olive oil, salt and pepper whizzed up in the blender. I have to use it up fast because it's not preserved. But it goes well with meat, soups, stews and omelets so no problem.
Sounds like it is quite hot with those jalapenos. My hubby would probably gobble up spoonfuls of it, but I am a little more conservative with the hot stuff.
