Peony Ants.

Munching away at that coating. Soon the peonies may bloom but it's been cold and wet for days. Everything is slowed down.

Gosh what an amazing close up. I can't get that close to have such huge ants in my photos! Beautifully sharp too

As much as ants creep me out, this is excellent. Perfect focus. Our peonies are done for the most part.
