The pile of rubble is what remains of the iconic 150 year old First Baptist Church of Wakefield. It burned down a month or so ago and they are still removing the debris. The white cloud is water that is being sprayed on the piles to keep the dust down. It's probably loaded with lead and asbestos. If I can find a photo of the church, I'll post it in my other album.
