Orchids On The Patio P7087077

This one got too big for it's original position in my garden so I had to move it. I don't think the light conditions were as good because it only two flower spikes this year.
Things on the covid front are improving for me, but Graham tested positive this morning.
Good that you are on the mend, hopefully hubby has a mild case. I am surprised that these beauties grew in your garden, lovely shot of them.

@ludwigsdiana I have this one for years Diana. Our Winters are mild enough for them to cope outside. I've never tried to divide the plant so when it outgrows its pot I repot it into something bigger. I have quit a few cymbidiums. They are generally growing well but many of them have never flowered.

Orchids look so good in the garden. I know the flowers last longer inside, but to see them in the garden is lovely. This is a great pic.

Gorgeous Merrelyn....They do not like being moved.. One huge one of mine had to be moved.. only 1 metre but, this year we had 6 spikes instead of 40! Pleased you are improving & thinking of Graham.
