Another Glorious Day In Rockingham_DSC4721

This morning I went for a walk along the beach before going off to re-image more computers to send to Timor-Leste.
I spent much of my childhood, playing on this stretch of beach.
Lovely composition. The boat in the foreground looks super.

The bright orange boat makes this scene, and it all looks very tranquil. If you look at the sky you will see some spots in it, which is due to dirt on your sensor. You can get it professionally cleaned (probably safer than doing it yourself). In the meantime you can use the heal brush in either Lightroom or Photoshop to remove the distracting blobs. Also (if you are not aware, and apologies if you know this already) remember to turn your camera off when you change lenses. This reduces the charge that attracts dust to your sensor. Keep the camera pointed down away from your clothes and change the lens as quickly as possible. Don't attempt to change lenses in dusty or sandy environments. Hope that is useful?
