Day 25 Yarla To Laverton
This morning's sunrise was spectacular, but the rain set in just after we hit the road. It was drizzling and foggy for most the day, so my hopes of taking photos of sun drenched, sand dunes went out the window.
We were on the road for 11 hours today, much longer than we had planned. Our original plan was to camp about 190kms east of Laverton, but we were asked to take a message to a community 100 kms further on. Rather than set up the camper in the dark and cook dinner in the rain, we pushed on to Laverton and had a welcome night in a cabin at the caravan park.
