It was a lovely mild day, so we caught the train to Perth to check out the CowParade. There were some fabulous designs, unfortunately, some had been moved to different locations, because they had been damaged. There are 40 cows scattered around the city. By the time we had coffee with a friend that we bumped into, then lunch, we didn't manage to find many of them. Some of the cows will be auctioned for Telethon (a Western Australian television fund raising event to support child health research).
Fabulous Merrelyn, on a previous visit to Sydney, I had a similar experience but they were Rhinos, Taronga Zoo Wild Rhino community art project to raise awareness of the threatened extinction of black rhinos. I was so excited to see yet another hiding in a corner or in the park. When I went to visit a friend in Parkes some 400k away, I found an Elvis Rhino.
A great collage of all those beautiful cows shots Winter wheat . @merrelyn. We have mild winters here. There is some frozen but not much or very long time. I saw even flowering green crop fields last Sunday
