City View _DSC5877

We stayed in the city last night as Graham had a medical appointment at 7.45 this morning. It gave me a chance to wander around the city with my camera. I'm rather fond of this view of Perth.

It's been a long day and I'm shattered. I'll try to catch up tomorrow.
I don't think of Perth as so built up - but that's partly why I follow so many people around the world, to find out more about it

A fabulous shot of Perth foreshore, it's certainly lovely to see it without all the cranes at last! I am rather disappointed that that have allowed all the building around the Bell Tower, it's somewhat disappeared.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Thanks Jackie, he had his annual exercise ECG a couple of weeks ago which showed a blip. His new cardiologist thinks that he might have had a heart attack. He’s not showing any outward signs so it was a case of checking to see what’s going on and if any major damage has been done. Now we wait for the results so that we can sort out our travel insurance for Canada.

Perth is such a beautiful city, I've enjoyed any time I've had there. Love this view across the Swan.

The big one on the left looks new since I was last there. I do hope Graham is ok. Thinking of you both.

@gilbertwood Thanks Denise. We're waiting on an appointment with his cardiologist for the results. That is one of my least favourite buildings in Perth. They call that ridiculous structure on top of the building "the Tiara" and it was added to make it the tallest building in Perth. Go figure!

A great view ,and capture, of this modern city.

Nicely composed. Hope all is ok with Graham’s testing

@jgpittenger Thanks Jane. He has an appointment with his cardiologist in a couple of weeks, but is on a wait list in case someone cancels. I guess if the news was really bad they would have pushed an appointment through!

Wonderful skyline photo, Merrelyn! This is the first time I’ve seen a photo of Perth. It looks like a beautiful city. I hope all is well with your husband’s test results. Where and when will you be visiting in Canada? I’ll be there June through August. :-)
April 6th, 2019
@gaylewood We fly into Vancouver on 27th August and have a 22 day tour through the Rockies and up the Inside Passge stating on 29th. After the tour we plan on spending a bit more time in Vancouver before flying to the east coast and doing our own thing for a couple weeks. I’m hoping for some Autumn colour. We’re still waiting for Graham’s test results but it appears that he may have had a mild heart attack.
