Our campsite at Wooramel was on the banks of the Wooramel River, which is an "upside down river. It only runs on the surface 2-3 times a year after good inland rains. The river gums along the banks are beautiful and they are a haven for many birds.
@judithdeacon We had a great trip and we're itching to head off again, but not until the school holidays are over. The traffic heading north for the holidays as we were coming home was awful.
