This afternoon we checked out a local wildflower reserve and we weren't disappointed. The donkey orchids in particular were spectacular. We also found cowslip and pink fairy orchids, lots of kangaroo paws and many other beautiful wildflowers.
We're out to dinner with friends tonight, but hopefully I'll be able to catch up when we get home.
@narayani It's just off Thomas Rd in Kwinana. If you are heading down from the freeway, turn left in Colchester Ave (there's an entry statement wall for the Windsor Hill development). Go left at the roundabout into Nottingham Parkway. Follow that around past the playground until you come to a small parking area on the left. It's worth a look.
